- Educational Qualifications is M. Tech/M.E- Mechatronics
- Strong academic indicators- above 70% in 10th, 12th, diploma, UG & PG
- Freshers – 2023 & 2024 passouts are eligible
- Knowledge on CAD software like Creo, Catia
- Preferably projects done in e-mobility, sensors, motors
Responsibilities of the Mechatronics Design Engineer Position:
- Design of mechatronic components in Creo environment
- Check customer, legal and system requirements or defined requirements from internal stake holders, identify gaps and transfer into mechatronic hardware development requirements by requirements management system
- Realization of complex system requirements to provide robust and reliable hardware solutions
- Develop product concepts considering design rules and global division CVS standards and comparatively rate different concepts (own, competitors, suppliers)
- Develop mechatronic circuit modules and own overall quality of the hardware
- technologies and materials in alignment with central engineering
- Collaboration with other team members (including both system, hardware, software & mechanical engineers) to agree system designs, interfaces and protocols etc.
- Selection and qualification of new packaging for mechatronic components, interconnection
- Perform risk assessment (e.g. Design FMEA)
- Documentation of design specifications and implementation details
- Prepare and participate in design / innovation reviews
